Process Automation Will Help Keep Our Ship Sailing

Earlier in the month, we sent an employee to the first ever LeadSimple University. LeadSimple’s name is deceiving as it is much more than a CRM. It’s software to automate workflows, communications, and operations. It is an incredibly powerful tool that takes a lot of leg work to get setup. However, the results to operations within the company are uncomparable.

Here are some of the highlights of launching LeadSimple within Hendricks Property Management:

  • Integrated Communication:

Communication is key in operations, and LeadSimple integrates seamlessly with popular communication tools. Users can log emails, calls, and notes directly within the platform, providing a comprehensive view of all interactions with a lead. This integration streamlines communication and ensures that the entire team is on the same page when it comes to client engagement.

  • Customizable Workflows:

Flexibility is crucial in any business, and LeadSimple recognizes this by offering customizable workflows. Users can tailor the platform to align with their specific property management processes and business requirements. Whether it's creating custom fields, designing unique pipelines, or setting up automation rules, LeadSimple empowers users to adapt the platform to their workflow, not the other way around.

  • Insightful Analytics:

LeadSimple goes beyond operations management by offering insightful analytics to track and measure performance. Users can access detailed reports on team performance and other key metrics. These analytics empower users to make informed decisions and continuously optimize their strategies.

We’re are about 75% of the way through the launch process and have already automated some of our workflows. We hope to be able to provide our clients with better service that continues to improve over time as we tighten and tweak our processes.
