We handle all aspects of collecting the monthly rent from your tenants including processing, accounting, and disbursement. The rent proceeds will be sent to your desired bank account between the 6th-8th of each month. 


Periodic walkthroughs will be performed several times a year both by your property manager and a third party inspector.  You will receive a report once a year detailing the current condition of your property which will include pictures and comments of any issues that were observed.
