2. Do I need to pay my security deposit at the time of application?

Yes, you are required to submit your security deposit and application fees for all parties for your application to be considered complete and the property to be put on hold.

3. What happens to my security deposit if I am denied?

Your security deposit will be refunded to you. Times vary for refund dependent upon payment method.

4. How long does it take to get my deposit back after I vacate?

It can take up to thirty days to reconcile your deposit.
